The City of Spokane is required to comply with the Eastern Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater permit. The permit was used by the Department of Ecology in 2007. The City of Spokane Wastewater management Stormwater team invites citizens to get involved and share your ideas, perspectives and concerns. A series of public meetings will be held over the course of the permit. You can assess meeting information through the links below
